SERIES
PROGRAMMING
Rosh
Hodesh: It’s a Girl Thing
This
is a national program that uses Judaism to enrich the lives of girls at
a time when they are navigating our culture’s risky and dangerous
messages. It draws on Jewish tradition to give girls a place to
feel safe, articulate questions and concerns, have fun, and be “real”
with their peers. Through discussion, arts and crafts, and drama,
girls will integrate core Jewish values as they focus on the things they
care about most – such as body image, friendship, competition, stress
and family.
