If you would like to honor or memorialize someone special in your life
or community, you may do so by making a donation to Jewish Family Services. If
you wish, you may request that your donation be used to benefit a specific JFS
program, i.e. our monthly "Let's Do Lunch" for seniors, our college/camp/Israel
scholarship fund, our "Supermarketing for Seniors" program, our Refugee
Resettlement program, etc., and we will send a note of acknowledgment to the
person or family involved, informing them of your generosity in their
honor/memory. You will have the satisfaction of knowing that your gift will
help make it possible for us to continue to provide the highest quality
programs, resources and services to all who come to us for assistance.
Another way to make a donation,
is to contribute items to our new Designer’s Exchange Plus Thrift
Shop at 103 Mill Street (in Byram near the border of Greenwich and Port
Chester). Some items we are always looking for are used furniture and antiques,
lamps, high quality, gently-used designer clothing, shoes and handbags,
decorative glassware and dishes, new and vintage jewelry, paintings and other
artwork. Please do not drop anything off at the store; call the JFS
office first at 203-622-1881.
