Eldercare Connection

Our programs for older adults help seniors retain their independence‚ maintain friendships and strengthen their connection to the community.

Our Eldercare Connection service is designed to help families with elderly parents or relatives‚ who are local or out of town‚ make decisions regarding their living arrangements and their special needs. JFS can assist them with finding an appropriate residential facility‚ coordinating support services and helping family members deal with the issues of this stage of life. Our aim is to bring them peace of mind and help their relatives maintain their dignity.

Other services include:

  • Supermarketing for Seniors

  • Friendly Visitors

  • Chore and Carpentry services

  • Snow Angels Shoveling service

  • Social programs

  • Senior support groups.
